We started with the 4x4 run to Altyn-Arashan from Karakol. Song-Kul, Kel-Suu and Lenin base camp are roads we drive, not cities on a list.

Questions
Are your prices per person or per car?
Per car. A sedan takes up to 3 people with luggage, a minivan 6, a 4x4 4, a Sprinter up to 16 — the price stays the same however many seats you fill.
How do I pay?
For transfers you pay the driver at the end, in cash (som, dollars or tenge) or by card where the driver has a terminal. For multi-day trips we take a 30% deposit.
Do the drivers speak English?
Choose "English-speaking driver" in the calculator (+$15–20). Otherwise the driver speaks Russian and Kyrgyz and our dispatcher translates on WhatsApp.
What if my flight is late?
We track the flight number. Waiting starts when the plane actually lands; the first 60 minutes are free.
Do you work in Kazakhstan?
Yes. Cross-border trips (Almaty ↔ Bishkek, Almaty ↔ Karakol) are driven by our Kyrgyz partner drivers cleared for international trips; trips inside Kazakhstan by licensed Kazakh partner drivers, as Kazakh law requires.
I travel alone — can I share a car?
