What you get

Questions
Which cars are Premium?
Toyota Land Cruiser 300 or 200 (late series), Lexus LX or a car of the same class: leather seats, climate control, clean and non-smoking, winter tyres in season. A Mercedes V-Class for up to 6 guests is available on request in Bishkek.
What is included in the price?
The car, an English-speaking driver, fuel, meet & greet with a name sign at arrivals, flight tracking, 90 minutes of free waiting at the airport, bottled water, phone chargers and child seats on request. National-park and entry fees are extra, as on all our trips.
How do I pay?
Online by Visa or Mastercard when you book (secure Stripe checkout), or to the driver. Multi-day trips need a 30% deposit. You get a receipt by email.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for transfers; if a mountain road is closed by the authorities you choose a new date or a full refund.
Can you arrange a whole trip in a Premium car?
