Terms of booking

1. Who we are

RideKG is a booking service of Ala-Too Digital LLC (Kyrgyzstan). We act as an agent: transport is performed by licensed carriers (individual entrepreneurs) in Kyrgyzstan and by licensed partner carriers in Kazakhstan. We are responsible for the booking and for arranging a replacement if the assigned car cannot come.

2. Prices

Prices on the site are per vehicle, one way unless stated, in US dollars, and include the car, driver and fuel. National-park, entry and border fees, accommodation and meals are not included unless stated. The price is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before the trip; that confirmation is the contract.

3. Payment

Transfers: paid to the driver at the end of the trip in cash (som, US dollars, tenge at the day's rate) or by card where available. Multi-day trips: 30% deposit, the rest to the driver.

4. Waiting

At airports waiting starts at the actual landing time; 60 minutes are free, then $5 per 30 minutes. At other pickups 15 minutes are free.

5. Cancellation by you

Transfers: free up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the price. Multi-day trips: free up to 7 days before; later, the deposit is kept to cover the driver's reserved days.

6. Weather and road closures

If the authorities (Ministry of Transport, MChS, border service) close or restrict the road, or the driver judges the road unsafe, you choose a free new date or a 100% refund of anything paid. We are not liable for flight cancellations, but we move your booking free of charge if you tell us.

7. Luggage and passengers

Tell us the number of passengers and bags, including ski bags; we assign a vehicle that fits. Child seats are free on request. Smoking is not allowed in the cars.

8. Complaints

Write to hello@ridekg.com or WhatsApp within 7 days; we reply within 3 working days.
