Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to arrange your trip: name, WhatsApp number, email, flight number, pickup address and trip details. We pass the name, phone, pickup point and time to the driver assigned to your trip, and nothing to anyone else except our email provider (Resend) for sending confirmations.

We keep booking records for 3 years for accounting, then delete or anonymise them. The site uses Google Analytics to count visits. You can ask us to delete your data at hello@ridekg.com.

The travel-buddy board shows the contact you choose to publish; alert emails are used only to send matches and can be unsubscribed in one click.
