Car with driver in Kyrgyzstan
Your own car and driver for as many days as you need: the driver knows the roads, the guesthouses and where the fuel is; you decide where to stop. Most of our multi-day clients are couples and families who would never drive a mountain road in a rental.

- A day is up to 10 hours and 250 km; extra kilometres are charged at the rate in the table, extra hours at $15.
- Fuel, the car and the driver are included. On overnight trips the driver's room and meals are $30 per night.
- Guide in addition: from $100 per day.
- Park and entry fees, your meals and accommodation are not included.
- Multi-day trips: 30% deposit to confirm, the rest to the driver in cash or by card.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before a multi-day trip; after that the deposit covers the driver's lost days.
Why not just rent a car?
Most Kyrgyz rental agreements forbid off-asphalt driving, and the roads to Song-Kul, Kel-Suu, Altyn-Arashan or the Alay valley are exactly that. Fuel stations thin out past Kochkor and Naryn, and in winter the passes need chains. A local driver costs less than a rental 4x4 plus the deposit and insurance excess — and you get to look out of the window.
English-speaking driver or driver + guide?
An English-speaking driver is enough for most travellers: he translates at guesthouses and markets and explains what you see. A guide adds history, hikes and yurt-stay arrangements and is worth it on Song-Kul, the south shore and the Pamir.

How much is a car with driver per day in Kyrgyzstan?
From $110 a day for a sedan with a local driver and $135 with an English-speaking driver; 4x4 Delica or UAZ $150/$180; Land Cruiser $200/$240. A day is up to 10 hours and 250 km, fuel included.
Can the driver cross into Kazakhstan or Tajikistan?
Into Kazakhstan, yes, for trips that start or end in Kyrgyzstan. Inside Kazakhstan we switch to a Kazakh partner car. The Pamir Highway into Tajikistan is arranged as a dedicated 4x4 trip.
Where does the driver sleep?
In the same guesthouse or a cheaper one nearby; the $30 per night covers it.
Can we change the plan on the way?
Yes, within the daily kilometres. Big changes (an extra day, a different region) are agreed in WhatsApp.
