The road
The Bishkek–Osh highway up the Kara-Balta gorge to the Too-Ashuu tunnel. Trucks are banned in snowfall; cars need winter tyres and chains.
Good to know
- If the Ministry of Transport restricts the pass for cars, we cancel free of charge.
- Suusamyr valley lodges for cat-skiing are 30 minutes beyond.
