Will I make my flight? How we plan it
- Send us both flight numbers when you book. We track the arrival into Manas — delays are free, and you get 60 minutes of free waiting after the actual landing.
- We plan the departure from Manas with a 4-hour buffer: normal drive and border time plus 4 hours in reserve before your flight from Almaty. A slow border uses the buffer, not your check-in.
- If the time between your flights is too short for that buffer, we tell you before you pay — and suggest a night in Bishkek or Almaty instead of a risky dash.
- Before the departure our dispatcher checks the queue at Korday with drivers on the spot.
What we promise
- Driver no-show guarantee: if your driver is not at the pickup point 15 minutes after the agreed time — or, on a border swap, at the Korday exit 15 minutes after you message us that you are through — the transfer is free.
- Night crossing, no surcharge: pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 cost the same. The post is listed as open 24 hours and the night is often the quietest time.
- Your flight out of Almaty: we plan the departure with a 4-hour buffer before your flight time, so a slow border does not eat into check-in.
- Free waiting at the border however long the queue takes, and 60 minutes of free waiting at airports after the actual landing.

- To Ak-Zhol postPickup at your door. The Kyrgyz driver takes you to the Ak-Zhol post and helps with your bags to the door of the passenger hall.
- Walk acrossYou pass Kyrgyz exit and Kazakh entry control on foot — usually 15–60 minutes, longer at peaks. Our dispatcher is on WhatsApp the whole time.
- Kazakh driver waitsAt the Korday exit the Kazakh driver waits with a name sign — free, however long the queue takes. About 3 more hours to Almaty airport.

About 4.5–5 hours: 40 minutes from Manas to the Ak-Zhol post, the border on foot (15–60 minutes, longer at peaks), then about 3.5 hours to Almaty airport.
How much time do I need between flights?
We plan with a 4-hour buffer before your departure from Almaty on top of the normal drive and border time — in practice that means about 10 hours between landing at Manas and take-off from Almaty. Send us both flights and we confirm before you pay.
What if my flight to Manas is late?
We track it. Delays cost nothing and the driver waits 60 minutes after the actual landing for free. If the delay breaks the 4-hour buffer, we call you to agree on a plan before we drive.
Do I need a Kyrgyz visa to transit?
You enter Kyrgyzstan at Manas, so yes if your passport needs one — for example mainland Chinese and Indian passports. Korean, US, UK and EU passports are visa-free. See the visa rules by nationality.
