When do we leave? How we plan it
- Send us your flight number and time. We plan the pickup with a 4-hour buffer: normal drive and border time plus 4 hours in reserve before departure — for a 14:00 flight that is a pickup at about 05:00.
- Before the pickup our dispatcher checks the queue at Korday with drivers on the spot and moves the pickup earlier if needed.
- Night pickups cost the same — the border is often quietest at night.
What we promise
- Driver no-show guarantee: if your driver is not at the pickup point 15 minutes after the agreed time — or, on a border swap, at the Korday exit 15 minutes after you message us that you are through — the transfer is free.
- Night crossing, no surcharge: pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 cost the same. The post is listed as open 24 hours and the night is often the quietest time.
- Your flight out of Almaty: we plan the departure with a 4-hour buffer before your flight time, so a slow border does not eat into check-in.
- Free waiting at the border however long the queue takes, and 60 minutes of free waiting at airports after the actual landing.
- Child seats free on request, free cancellation up to 24 h before, pay by card online or to the driver.
How the border swap works — 4 steps
- Evening beforeYou get both drivers on WhatsApp: photo, name, phone and car plate — the Kyrgyz driver and the Kazakh driver who meets you after the border.
- To Ak-Zhol postPickup at your door. The Kyrgyz driver takes you to the Ak-Zhol post and helps with your bags to the door of the passenger hall.
- Walk acrossYou pass Kyrgyz exit and Kazakh entry control on foot — usually 15–60 minutes, longer at peaks. Our dispatcher is on WhatsApp the whole time.
- Kazakh driver waitsAt the Korday exit the Kazakh driver waits with a name sign — free, however long the queue takes. About 3 more hours to Almaty airport.
