The road
Osh → Jalal-Abad → Tash-Kumyr → Toktogul, then up the Chychkan gorge to Ala-Bel (3,175 m), across Suusamyr and through the Too-Ashuu tunnel down to Kara-Balta and Bishkek. Asphalt throughout; avalanche-prone sections in winter.

- Suusamyr valley — yurts and kymys in summer.
- Sary-Chelek or Arslanbob detour as an extra day.
