Marshrutkas to Sary-Mogol leave the New Bus Station (Lenin Avenue at Osmonova) for about 300 som, four to five hours, when full around 14:00; a shared taxi is about 400. From the village onwards — to Lenin Peak Base Camp — is a vehicle price nobody publishes, arranged through the guesthouses or CBT Sary-Mogol, and it is the leg genuinely worth splitting. Osh→Murghab in a shared 4x4 is about $30 a person for roughly twelve hours, and Murghab→Khorog $30–40 for seven or eight. This corridor is the exception to everything else on this site: travellers already reliably find each other for it. Caravanistan runs a dedicated Pamir Highway rideshare board with well over a hundred threads on it, and that is where you should post for this leg. We would rather send you somewhere that works than keep you here.
The Kyrgyz side. Nobody has built the equivalent of Caravanistan's Pamir board for Kyrgyzstan's own routes — the Karakol trailheads, Kel-Suu, Song-Kul — and that is the gap this site exists to fill.
