Kochkor to Kyzart by shared taxi, if you are riding or walking in, is around 200 som. All three of those figures come from undated pages, which is exactly the problem — so treat them as a starting point and tell us if you paid something different.
The other way in is on a horse: Kyzart to Song-Kul over two or three days is a standard trek, and Kochkor is where it is arranged. Horses run around 700 som a day with a guide at about 1,500 som a day — and the guide is a fixed cost for the group, so this is another line that halves when two of you go.
